All of my digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
After checkout you will receive:
• An instant download of your digital files (for individual digital packs), or
• A PDF containing your Google Drive access link (for Come Make With Me series and Mega Bundles).
For Google Drive products, your PDF contains the link to your personal Google Drive folder where all of your purchased files are stored.
**Please note:** The Wix download page is available for **30 days**. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the Wix platform and is not something I am able to change.
**Your Google Drive access does NOT expire.** Once purchased, your Google Drive folder remains yours indefinitely.
I recommend either:
• Saving the PDF containing your Google Drive link somewhere safe, or
• Bookmarking your Google Drive folder in your web browser.
If you ever lose your PDF or Google Drive link, don't worry! Simply send me an email and I'll happily resend it.

Refund Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something isn't right, please contact me before purchasing again or leaving a review. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a simple email😊
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once files have been downloaded.
However, if:
• You accidentally purchase the same item twice.
• You experience technical issues accessing your files.
• There is a genuine problem with your purchase.
Please get in touch. I'm always happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
Physical Products
If you are unhappy with a physical item you've received, please contact me as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted provided the item is returned in its original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or I have made an error.
Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed (excluding the original postage costs where applicable).
