STORE POLICY

💌 Welcome & Handmade Promise

Every piece in my shop is designed and made by hand in my little art space here in New Zealand.
Each journal, charm, or digital pack is created with care — slight variations and quirks are part of the handmade charm and not considered faults.

🚚 Shipping & Processing

Orders are usually packed within 3–5 working days.
All physical items are shipped with tracking through NZ Post.
Delivery times vary by country (usually 10–20 business days for international parcels).

If you need your order quickly, please contact me before checkout so I can confirm the best option.

🌍 International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Parcels valued over €150 / ≈ NZ $305 may incur import VAT on arrival (for example, Germany applies 19 %).

All parcels are declared honestly with the correct HS Code (4820.10 – Handmade Mixed-Media Art Journal) and origin “Made in New Zealand.”

🧾 Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your handmade journal.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

  • The item must arrive back in its original condition and packaging.

  • A refund (excluding original shipping) will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected. Shipping is included in the journal’s listed price and is approximately NZ $120. Proof of shipping cost will be provided, and this amount will be deducted from the refund once the returned item has been received in its original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right together.


Digital downloads cannot be refunded once files have been accessed.
